  DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS HOTEL! I booked with this hotel last week. I then tried to cancel my reservation this week and not only have they NOT refunded any of my money, they have not even responded to me! This type of customer service is very disappointing and I feel taken advantage of.It's poor business practice to not respond to your customers. Very disappointed...still waiting for a response.
