  En pleno centro de reikiavik, está ideal para conocer la ciudad. El destino está bien. La habitación es pequeña pero muy cómoda, la cama genial y el baño lo mejor!

  Worst customer service and very rude staffs, never recommend anyone to go there!!! The bar downstairs at the hotel is very noisy until 3am in the morning!!! And it’s constant loud night club music, If you want to sleep don’t stay at this hotel!! I complain the noise to the staff and want to change the room, they just ignore me and told me the other side is worst, so that means no room in this hotel is quiet and you spend €200 per night? I was too crazy to stay at this hotel! The worst hotel experience in Europe, this hotel should be downgraded! If you have the money to spend don’t waste on this hotel, find somewhere else. Staffs at the hotel is the worst hotel staffs I ever dealt with, they are cold and unhelpful, the manager is even worse, they pushed every responsibility away they can, and never try to help you solve the issue, at the end they look down at you and make fun of your problem and complains, this make me feel Icelandic people are very cold and rude, I’m very disappointed at you Apotek Hotel!!!

  Great hotel. Modern feel. Reasonable size room. Milton Brown toiletries. Fantastic restaurant

  We had an amazing stay here! We were here for the first leg of our honeymoon and I can't say enough good things! The rooms are comfortable and warm and we had a beautiful view of Reykjavik. The hotel staff was helpful and kind. My husband loved the breakfast buffet and I loved the beautiful atmosphere of the hotel and the awesome bar at night. We are already planning our trip back! We went December 2016 and it was just magical!
