  Greetings from Spanish hotel assistant was welcoming giving descriptive information. Let down by room, mould bubbling up the walls from damp. TV doesn’t work called reception at 11.08pm who answered, apparently they close 11pm and refused to come and help me. Reception should be open 24/7. Pretty appalling. Hotel is 25 minute walk to the centre. Wouldn’t come back here again I’m afraid, luckily I’m only here 3 days

  L'hotel é facile da trovare e non è molto lontano da negozi e luoghi di interesse. L'addetto alla reception è stato molto veloce e gentile,e con gentilezza mi ha spiegato per l'aurora boreale e mi ha dato una mappa della città con i luoghi di interesse e i mezzi pubblici. Parcheggio disponibile gratuitamente nei pressi davanti dall'hotel. Purtroppo non hanno gli ascensori. La mia camera era di buone dimensioni e con un giusto arredamento cosi come il bagno. Nel bagno c'erano due campioncini di doccia schiuma e due asciugamani (medio e grande) a testa. La nota dolente è data dalla pulizia della camera molto insufficiente... Acqua fresca potabile ottima e acqua calda "sulfurea" per lavarsi. Set di cortesia di the e caffe con bollitore in camera.

  Room was fine...very spacious. Shower was good. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast pleasant surprise...lots of choice and well presented..fresh and tasty. Location...a little bit far out. Bar area a bit small and exterior needed some tlc. Overall good stay and value for money.

  A lovely hotel. Clean and comfortable. It is a pretty long walk from the city centre but nothing too exhausting. The view from our window was absolutely amazing. Some of the mornings we could clearly see the snow capped mountains and it was amazing. On the night we saw the Northern Lights we could actually see them from the room as well. The shower was lovely too really hot coupled with high water pressure was a great combination. Would stay here again.

  ダウンタウンからは少し離れていますが、静かな場所にあり、空港を往復するFlybusも種々のツアーバスも横付けで迎えに来てくれます。ホテルスタッフも皆気さくで親切でした。 徒歩15分位でKlinglanと言うショッピングモールに行けるので、お土産や日々の買い物も何とかなりました。徒歩圏内にいくつかファーストフード含めたレストランがあります。楽器屋、リサイクルショップなど、少し面白いお店も近所にあります。Siminnというアイスランド大手の携帯電話会社のオフィスも徒歩3分のところにあり、プリペイドSIMがすぐに買えて、ローカルの電話、インターネットが簡単にできました（但しスマートフォンがSIMフリーである必要はあります）。 エレベーターがないので、荷物が多い方は少し大変かもしれません。レンタカーを借りた場合も駐車場は無料なのでお得です。
