::They were the cheapest car rental company that we had heard of. But the service was below par. First they gave us a car with dodgy brakes that failed - luckily we were driving slow at the time, otherwise we would probably have had a large accident. When we tried to complain, the staff at the airport were indifferent and didn't care. Didn't give us even a discount. Eventually I had to write to head office and a refund was given. Shame - sounds like the company could be OK if it wasn't for individuals who don't care about customer service. I would avoid...
