::This was the perfect location for our first two nights in Iceland. Very cozy. We were in Room 5, upstairs, and was very comfortable. Breakfast could be a tad better - but we were mainly there for the room! Jon was very accommodating. I would recommend this place - my friend recommended me here!

::Excellent no frills guesthouse. Clean, neat but if you are looking for staff available 24/7 to make reservations, etc, this isn't the place for you. We stayed for the nights and it is well located for visiting the city but of the main road so it is quiet and relaxing.

::This is a nice, quiet, homely guesthouse located on a peaceful residential street just a few minutes walk from the centre, and about 20 minutes walk to the Hallgrimskirkja. If you're driving, just note that this block of Ranargata is pay-parking, but several nearby streets are free (including the previous block of Ranargata).
