  Poor customer service response times - to the point that one might even wonder if their tickets are simply being ignored. Can't recommend paying for the game as a result, so just do the free-to-play option if you must play EvE Online.

  Had a great time touring the offices, nothing but praise for how great the experience was, even for someone who hasn't seriously played EVE for some time.
