The location was amazing and buffet breakfast was OK. Aside from that the room was dirty, and needed renovating. When we arrived we were put in a twin room. I called to reception to ask to change rooms and I was told this wasn't possible. I requested for someone to come and help move the beds together and I was informed that there housekeeping had gone home and there wasn't anyone else who could do it. I was tired and grumpy so I asked if we could at least have a glass of wine or something as it's not a good start to the holiday (yes I appreciate it was a bit cheeky). I was told no, the room was grotty and the view was horrible. We pushed the beds together ourselves and were told housekeeping will sort it properly the next day. Needless to say it didn't happen. We didn't complain again as we didn't want to waste our short trip, so we made do. Apparently you need to ask the person you book with to add additional notes on the booking if you want a double room. Aside from the location I was extremely underwhelmed and the pictures or the rooms do not reflect the reality.

This was an excellent hotel for an excellent trip. The room was perfect size, the hotel was incredibly easy to work with, and the Breakfast....man....the breakfast...no hotel will EVER beat their breakfast spread. I recommend this hotel 3 times over, and will definitely stay here again upon return. Please if you're looking for a clean hotel, with kind staff, and a yummy breakfast, you're at the right place!

This is a three star Hotel with excellent staff, reception incredibly helpful, luckily we got our room even though an hour early to 1400hr normal check in ( check out by 1200) . Room as expected , fairly compact but only four hangers to use and all open shelf space and no drawers, no safe, mini bar with prices to use displayed. Modern fittings in bathroom with hot towel rail, hair/shower gel , soft soap dispenser, shower hats and very good hairdryer. Rooms cleaned every day including change towels. Breakfast is same every day with mainly continental but also hot ( warm sometimes) mini sausage, crispy almost bacon, scrambled egg , boiled eggs ( but cold) , help yourself to all including coffee and lots of tea bags , milk and of course a toaster and a few jams.0700 to 1000 times everyday. Lobby bar is small but quite a few chairs and tables especially near the conference center end. We had a room at the rear at street level , it was constantly troubled with the bass sound of music coming from a bar area just outside to the right rear .enjoyed it all overall with the staff being the number one plus excellent.

This hotel was absolutely incredible from beginning to end and top to bottom! The location COULD NOT be any better. The staff, rooms, beds, breakfast, drinks, lobby, atmosphere and general treatment you receive makes you feel like family. The staff is ALWAYS willing to help with anything whether it's excursions, extra towels which are dropped off at your door before you hang up the phone... There were even little treats on our door every morning we all looked forward to (Christmas season). Thank you so very much Fanny & Staff for everything, we can't wait to see you next year!

Stayed here twice. Rooms can be pretty small depends on your luck. The second time I stayed there, I was given a loft room which was quite challenging to go up there cos of my huge luggage. But it was still a lovely room. Breakfast is decent. Hotel is close to eateries.
