  Staying in the hotel tonight! Room/Hotel very dated.very rude reception staff who insisted it was us who had misused the key when we couldn't get into our room. After seeing for herself that the key did not work she did not apologise just simply said we must go back down to get another. When entering the room we realised we had been given a room with a very small double when our booking specifically said large double. We went back to the reception to query this again. We were told that was the only room available and then ignored. This was a lie as there were other rooms available on their website. Very poor customer service. Terribly uncomfortable bed. Poor amenities within the room (fridge doesn't even turn on). Very disappointed with the lack of respect for a paying customer

  Older, well maintained hotel with a surly receptionist. Close enough by taxi to the International airport. Decent breakfast. Free rides by taxi from the hotel to the airport. Enjoyed a good dinner at nearby American style diner - Olsen Olsen.

  Tam jest zupełnie inaczej. Spokój cisza, nikt się nie spieszy. Uśmiech i taka życzliwość. Miałem kłopot i bezinteresownie mi tamtejsi mieszkańcy pomogli. Fajnie się poczułem już nie taki zagubiony

  Excelent stay. Outstanding hotel with nice customer service. Free breakfast is a plus as well as free Internet. Espresso machine "all you can eat" 24/7 at the reception

  Molt correcte! Classicot, però hi ha tot el que necessites, el personal molt amable, i serveixen un magnífic esmorzar des de les 5 del matí. Perfecte si tens el vol de tornada ben d'hora!
