  Lovely hotel with very welcoming and helpful staff, in the centre of downtown with lots of great bars, restaurants and coffeeshops in the vicinity, hard to beat for location. Fantastic breakfast. We didn't eat in the restaurant Snaps but supposed to be very good and looks the part. I would certainly stay here again

  Was a really nice hotel, didn't stay in a room but one of the apartments they have opposite the main building. Really easy to find in a nice location. The staff were friendly and accommodating too, being very helpful in helping us plan excursions and getting around the city. All round a very positive stay. I would definitely stay here again

  Fabulous hotel, lovely rooms, amazing staff that couldn't be nicer or more helpful, great bar/restaurant that doesn't stay open too late to be annoying and had delicious food. Really convenient location. Honestly couldn't ask for more. Love it and recommend it highly.

  Wonderful service, spotlessly clean rooms, the junior suite was a great size, and very lovely and ample breakfast options. In a great spot in Reykjavik city centre too. Highly recommended.

  Well situated in Reykjavik. Efficient staff. Rooms clean and very warm. Close to all the shops. Will stay there again.
