We have taken three private tours with Iceland Unlimited. In 40 years of professional and personal travel, this is the best travel organization I have experienced. It is worth the trip to Iceland to take a tour with this group.

I wanted to do the 10 day Iceland round trip at very short notice, and where other operators said "we can't do it", Agnès at Iceland Unlimited just made it happen! Lots of people follow the ring road round the island, but the detail and options provided meant I found out about and went to see some of the lesser known things as well as all the big hitters. Accommodation was all great, plus I made a few last minute changes that were handled super smoothly. Agnès was available on mail throughout the trip - I didn't have to use the mobile I had been provided with - and ensured I had a fabulous time in Iceland! Now to go back in the winter!

We booked a trip to Iceland through Iceland Unlimited, they were available for contact all the time, were super helpful with questions, and worked with us on all the details. We had an incredible customized map from Unnur and it was so amazing to have something like that created for our trip. All the material they gave us when we arrived was very helpful, and basically everything went super smoothly. Iceland is awesome, I would definitely recommend using these guys if you don't want to plan it yourself

15 day round trip of Iceland. Well set up trip with nice hotels and info. We had two nights in Reykjavik to start and two nights to end the trip. The West Fjords were not worth the drive, bad roads, lots of fog. Latrabjarg Cliff was a nerve racking drive in fog and bad roads, but worth it for the birds. Maybe take the ferry from Stykkisholmur to Brjanslaekur spend a night then head back and drive east to the Ring Road. Just too much driving to enjoy. The area around Lake Myvatn was very nice, along with Glacier lagoon and Vatnajokull in South East Iceland. The Golden Circle was also very impresssive.
