  Cosy little boutique hotel in the heart of the city. Friendly and attentive staff. The restaurant and bar also has a great atmosphere. A great stay.

  The room was very comfortable, and the staff was very nice and helpful. The location is perfect for those who want to be right downtown on the main strip of Reykjavik stores, bars, and restaurants!!

  If you don't want to sleep, this is the hotel for you. The place across the street plays loud thumpy music ALL NIGHT LONG. It only gets louder as the night goes on. Do not get a room Facing that way and it may be ok, I don't know. There is no way to get any air into the room except thru the sliding door, which faces said loud thumpy music place, thus creating a catch 22. When you take a shower, the smoke alarm goes off from the steam. The shower is behind the bed and the shower door doesn't close all the way and you end up with a puddle on the floor and the smoke alarm going off. Add this to people running around and knocking on your door at 1am, and yelling in the hallway and the room next to you, and I'm definitely not having the time of my life and just want to go home. Find a quieter hotel unless you will be out all night and sleeping in the day.
