  We were residence quest at second floor and lived there for one month. We were really happy about the place. Lots of space. Nice view and good amenities. House was about 1,6 km away from Spöngin mall. Most affordable grocery store was Bonus. Only minus was the Art school kids (age about 9 - 12) who ran around the building and yelled almost everyday.
