  Rented a car for 4 days. Everything went good, friendly. The one service agent was very tired and focus somewehere else, the others were nice.

  If you're like me and you sit and look through reviews before booking anything, then look no further. The hospitality this place gives you is great, they're all kind people, they gave us a free upgrade, gas was actually full and clean when we got it, they didn't charge us for any pre-existing damages like I see other places doing. 100% I would rent from lotus again.

  Renting from Lotus was a perfect decision we made based on Google reviews. the check-in was super fast the car was new and clean and the guy never tried to sell us an unnecessary insurance . also we got a GPS that I don't remember paying for, and was great. returning the car was also very fast and smooth. very good job Lotus !!!

  I rented a car from lotus car rental just because of the rating and it was a very good decision. I was very happy with the services, the prices and what I really like is that they send out an email cuz the weather was bad and i should be careful. I totally recommend them.
