  The salad with veggies and tortellini with salmon were great. Service was a bit slow, but similar to other places in Iceland.

  Worst restaurant I have ever set foot in. Smelt bad and took them forty minutes to order and an hour and a half to bring us water. WATER. It took over two hour to bring me spaghetti. I was considering going into the damn kitchen to make the dinner myself, yeah it was that slow. Would rate zero stars if I could. Seriously, better to just go hungry.

  Omg. I chose the cod thinking I can't go to Iceland and not eat the fresh fish. Big mistake. Ok, I should have gone to a better Seafood restaurant but we were late, and it was cold, and 2 restaurants we had already tried were full. We had eaten in an Italian the previous night having a salmon dish and a pizza which was top notch. When after some considerable time the food finally arrived the cod was absolutely rubbish. I wouldn't have fed it to my cat. The quality was so poor I decided to go hungry rather than order anything else. The fish instead of flaking and being fresh and succulent was overcooked, dry, straw like, and tough. I wouldn't accept that from my local fish and chip shop at home, so I'm certainly not going to pay 3 times the price for rubbish here. The fish was poor quality frozen over cooked rubbish. I don't know how they had the nerve to serve it. An american couple came in as I was explaining to the waitress that it was rubbish and unacceptable. He asked me what I had sent back that was so bad which I duly explained. After waiting an age to pay the bill, as we left the American gentleman was sending back both his dinners! There's a surprise! Maybe he will add his own review. I would definitely not recommend this place. It is just a very poor example of an Italian restaurant. Finally, one further point which probably illustrates the apparent attitude in this restaurant. The front door does not close and latch properly, which caused massive inconvenience to diners having to get up all the time to close the door as the icy wind blows in. This illustrates how little regard the owners have for their customers. If they can't be bothered to fix things like that it goes a long way to explaining the rubbish food. I don't enjoy writing a review like this but if it saves someone else going hungry like I did then it was worth the effort.

  Despite the brilliance of the name sake song and woodwind instrument this piece of s*** pales in comparison. I'd never had a pizza made of cardboard before I visited this so called restaurant. The only thing more soar than the waitresses face was the mouldy rosemary oil. I wouldnt feed the 'salad' to my Rabbit. However the four ply tissue in the toilet was a welcome surprise. Great location. 4 stars.
