  Rubbish. On arrival we had to wait a long time to be shuttled to the rental centre. Once there they informed me that the don't accept American Express credit card for the security deposit. Both myself and girlfriend have American Express and bank cards. They wouldn't accept my bank card which I had also just used the previous month to rent a motorbike from another company. I frequently rent vehicles and have never had an issue with either my american express or bank VISA card. The only option they offered was for me to pay full price for their most expensive insurance option. Annoying as it was very expensive and I had already organized extra insurance with another provider. Then on top when I had to pay for the insurance they were fine with American Express! The car was OK but basic. Not as quality as what I've rented from other companies before. The reason I chose them was because the rental seemed good value. Well it wasn't, it was actually very expensive in the end.

  Came in on short notice looking for a vehicle to take some friends and I out for a day trip. Had exactly what I needed at a very acceptable price. Staff was very flexible and accommodating.
