  We found working with Jenny and Kata at Rent in Reykjavik very easy, they were helpful and friendly and answered all our emails really fast even though there is some time difference. They helped us find the perfect place for us. I will rent with them again next time i visit Iceland. All in all a very personal and professional service.

  We booked a house in the center of Reykjavik this summer through Rent in Reykjavik. 7 people in all ranging from 2 years old to 77 years old. Excellent communication from Jenny and Kata and they were able to answer any questions promptly. The house was in great condition and provided our family with the all the desired space, beautiful location close to the city center and very friendly neighborhood. We were a 100% satisfied with the service and the accommodation and are looking forward to visit beautiful Iceland again!

  We received excellent service from RIR. Kata and Jenny always responded very quickly to our mails and provided all the information we asked for. All transactions (payment, early check-in, pick-up service) went smoothly and service was efficient and friendly.

  I worked with Rent In Reykjavik for travel in June and was very impressed. Despite the time difference to the U.S., Jenny and Kata were always incredibly responsive to all my questions before I booked, but were also proactive in the weeks leading up to the trip to make sure I had all of the information that I needed for an easy arrival. The service was consistently professional and it's obvious that they: 1.) know their business, 2.) enjoy the work, and 3.) truly understand customer service. I would not hesitate working with Rent in Reykjavik again if I have the opportunity to return to Iceland in the future.

  We could not have been more pleased with the service we received from Rent in Reykjavik and the house we rented through them. All our inquiries were answered immediately and honestly. There were seven of us travelling together and the accommodations were delightful. Jenny and Kata are #1 in our book.
