  Cancelled our trip when we were on the dock as they didn't write down our booking, 5 months later are still refusing to give us a refund.

  Had a reasonable trip last night if you ignore the attitudes of the crew, and the actual jettison of a number of perfectly good fish at the fish meal cooking time . It was obvious to the crew that a number of people chose to take their catch with them. This was an attempt to show them who made the decisions on board. All in all an "OK" trip - as long as you do as you are told !

  Cancelled a tour without any notice and refused to give a refund. Horrible business.
