  I rented a car here for 8 days originally. My flight going home was cancelled and rebooked the next day. It was straightforward to extend the rental for an extra day for a reasonable rate with Sixt. It was not a problem to decline the included insurance so my credit card insurance covered the trip. The checkout process, and the return process worked well, and the car was great.

  Sixt exceeded my expectations. Very fast pickup and return. The vehicle was immaculate and drove very well. I was a little nervous because Sixt was so much cheaper, but I ended up being very happy with my choice. The staff at KEF are very friendly and fast! I highly recommend!!

  We had a really good experience with sixt. When we picked up we got a free upgrade to a nice sedan, all damage was noted already (we took photos anyway) and the member of staff gave us some great local food recommendations. No issues with the car, no damage, returned on time (more photos of course), another really friendly and helpful member of staff and off we went. We would use again!

  Rented an SUV from here for travel around Iceland. They seem very understaffed. Wait times to pickup or drop off my car were unreasonably long. The car rental shuttle bus stops here. Not bad overall, but it could be better.
