Well curated exhibit comprised of short videos of Iceland - had a wonderful time here while our son slept in his stroller taking in the exhibit, complete with couches for viewing and free hot drinks and biscuits. Highly recommended!

We were recommended this place by another tourist we met whilst wandering around Rekyjavik and we were not disappointed. We had a very warm welcome by the owner who showed us round, offered complimentary tea, coffee, water and delicious macaroons. The short videos were visually beautiful and not only informative but often funny. It was a great way to see Icelands landscape and history through other people's experiences and stories. It's certainly not your usual quiet museum but a fun, casual and friendly place almost like a mini cinema. We had loads of questions for the owner at the end, he was super helpful and took time to talk with us. His love for Iceland was really apparent. Definitely worth a visit!

Very friendly & attentive staff ("David") & entertaining museum concept that informs on the more contemporary and social/pop cultural references for modern patrons. Brilliantly executed.

It's literally a half block south of the shopping district. And it's a lovely way to get a quick crash course of some of the history, culture and landscape of Iceland. You really feel the sincerity and pride of the country and the videos are visually stunning. There's something for everyone - it would be perfect for for kids with short attention spans as each video is no more than 3-5 minutes. Fun trivia in between videos. You can be in and out in just over an hour. The folks who run it were very nice and happy to answer any questions. I highly recommend it.

A fun crash course in everything Icelandic presented on giant screens. The ground floor has all short videos from tourists showing you all the natural wonders of the country you didn't manage to see. The top floor has videos on history, culture, music and funny facts about Iceland. The man at the door is a friendly as can be. Recommended to all who want a more interesting experience than the usual tourist trap.
