  The company informed me well ahead of my travel date that there were problems with my order. We were able to resolve the issue quickly, and they even refunded me the appropriate amount.

  The overall connection was great even when we were very far away from the major cities.I would definitely recommend this mobile wifi provider and buy from them again!

  I was in Iceland on vacation about a week ago. I had originally used Tep wireless as my portable wifi. It refused to hold a charge and went totally dead the second day of my trip. I desperately searched for a company in Iceland to save me and I found Trawire. They were extremely helpful, totally affordable, and very accommodating. When asked if I could stop by their office to pick up the device, I told them I didn't have a car to get there, and they drove into Reykjavik to personally hand me the device. I without a doubt will use this company again on my next trip to Iceland.
