My entire family had a truly amazing experience with Viking Horses. They took us in for a tour that started 30 minutes later and were happy to accommodate us. The guides were very kind and knowledgeable and the horses were very well taken care of and so sweet! At the end of the ride they brought us to a renovated apartment above the stables and served all 12 of us a beautiful afternoon snack with traditional Icelandic Skyr, coffee and other delicious snacks. I would highly recommend this place and would give it 10 stars if I could!

I will definitly recommend these tours to anyone wanting to go horseriding in Iceland. The people working there are absolutly lovely, the horses are terrific, the size of group is small. After the riding tour we got a delicious lunch. My daughter and I had a really good time. We'll be back.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! It was our last night in Iceland and we weren't sure if we'd be able to fit riding in. We looked around for a few places but Viking seemed like the best choice and offered an evening ride! We called and got a reservation for a few hours after that. It was a perfect, intimate evening riding the famous Icelandic horses and experiencing the tolt while the sun went down and Reykjavik lit up. Not only that, but we had hot, delicious stew and Icelandic appetizers waiting for us on the table after our ride. It was the perfect ending to warm the hands and heart. I will definitely be back :D
