  This is a amazing retreat Great hiking and excellent & healthy food where you can completely unplug and reboot your health. If you really want to get away and learn new things about yourself and your health, I highly recommend it. If you want a more 'traditional' spa experience with lots of treatments, this is not the place for you. Look at the website and call and talk with, you will be stretched by the experience. Every staff member is amazing, very knowledgeable, and friendly. You can gain much from your experience. The rooms are simple and clean, and some are small. Again, this is about being out in nature and detoxing from daily life - not about laying around by a pool.

  It was perfect! The best Retreat I've by far ever attended. It was absolutely amazing! Loved every moment! From sunrise to sunset, from the food, location, people, yoga classes. The whole experience to be remembered!

  Travelling in Iceland I had a fantastic time, the hiking was challenging enough, sights we visited were interesting, the accommodations were good, food was good but the best part was really our guide. He has a wealth of knowledge about most things but is able to share to the clients.

  This was well worth it! I work full time and decided that a going to Iceland would be the perfect escape from work and the other demands on my time, but I didn't expect that I would come out of the retreat feeling as refreshed and positive as I did! As soon as you arrive you start to relax, as the location of this is spectacular. The food was well beyond anything I expected, and often you forget that you are eating healthily with the variety on offer. The yoga and hiking and other retreat activities were perfect, great balance of yoga and meditation, and fun activities and downtime. Well worth the money!
