  This company owes me 1500$! They just keep ignoring my requests!! No reply, no calls, no messages! The only times I had someone on the phone, they asked to send email or give me another number. This is insane!!! This what happened : they forced me to check my bag in and of course made me pay, but overall they lost a very special tripod I had! I am professional and need this equipment for my work!! For all of my stay in Iceland I had no tripod! It's a total loss of my time and energy! I keep sending emails and messages but they don't bother at all. I am completely pissed off. I already speak with my lawyer and give me some options to sue them which I will do unless they're willing to take their customers seriously and repair their errors!

  i got 1 hour stopover in iceland and got through EASY even with spare time for late night breakfast :D thanks

  Si on prend la prestation en elle-même, c'est du low-cost simple, rien de plus ou de moins que sur d'autres compagnies équivalentes. Dans tous les cas, il n'y a pas vraiment de surprise à avoir puisque rien n'est inclus, il faut juste bien lire les conditions avant de prendre ses billets. Pour un vol jusqu'à l'Islande, j'ai trouvé que c'était correct. Après, je n'irais pas m'aventurer plus loin avec eux (notamment sur les destinations pour l'Amérique du nord), surtout que les prix avec bagages remontent quasiment au même que ceux d'une compagnie traditionnelle.

  Frandly staff, fast administration! Sommebudy dont like, fly with Iceland air for high price first class, this WOW airlanes mutch better like other cheap flyts, nice new Airbus good with condition!

  You get what you pay for. My partner and I just took WOW to visit Reykjavik for the first time. And after reading some previous reviews I can understand their frustration... however, if you do plan accordingly and read the fine print you should know what you're in for. I wouldn't pay anymore than we did as it is a "get what you pay for scenario" and will only take it if I'm heading only to Iceland. I'd much rather pay extra for a direct flight if I'm ever headed to Europe again. Our overall stay in Iceland, however, was rather plesent and would recommend travellers to stop by! How you get there is up to you tho :)
