::Very clean and comfortable. Walking distance to most of the town. Buss stop close by to for tour pick up. Really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room, travelling with my wife and two teenager daughters.

::We were a group of 8 ladies on our first trip to Reykjavik. Great location, easy walk to harbour and Main Street. The apartment is warm and the beds are comfortable however on the downside one small bathroom for 8 ladies was a struggle, the kitchen has no oven and limited facilities. Given the high prices in Iceland we would have liked to have eaten in. There is no lounge and the small table is difficult for all of us to sit around. Not big enough for 8. Strange thing is the cleaning cupboard for this and other apartments is in this apartment so the cleaner kept coming in to get her stuff, even when we were in, no knocking, just in and out, strange.

::Overall: good value for money and in a convenient location (would definitely stay again). The location was wrong on Google Maps so it made finding the apartment difficult (I've submitted a correction as Google Maps has the house number in the wrong place). There's more than one apartment and we stayed in number 2 on the second floor. The instructions to getting the keys were accurate and correct and the apartment was as specified in the description. It was very warm and comfortable, especially the beds. There isn't a bath, shower only, but everything worked well enough. There was milk, coffee, salt, pepper, kitchen roll and other necessities all supplied. Two areas of concern: there was a damp patch on the ceiling in the living area (probably a leak that need fixing) and due to the extreme cold outside the windows and external wall at the back of the built-in wardrobe in the second bedroom gets a lot of condensation. This condensation is not any fault of the owner, it's due to the extreme weather in Iceland, but future visitors should be aware.
