  איסלנד המדהימה עדיין בוסרית לתייר הממוצע, ושמחנו על כך שקיימת חברה שנותנת מענה מנחה ומכוון לשם הצלחת הטיול באופן עצמאי. כבר מההתחלה השירות היה טוב (נותן השירות- גיא), והרגשנו שאנו בידיים טובות ומקצועיות. הרגשנו שקיימת גמישות בבניית הטיול בהתאמה אלינו. הרגשנו בטוחים לנסוע לאיסלנד הלא מוכרת לנו, בשל העובדה שגיא הכין לנו תשתית נוחה ומובנת. הדבר היחיד שבדיעבד נראה לי שצריך לעדכן עבור הטיילים הבאים הוא הדפים המנחים הנשלחים אלינו.. יש לערוך אותם הן מבחינת מידע (תמחור ביטוחי רכב) ובעיקר מבחינת סדר הטיול, דהינו, שסדר כתיבת הדברים יהיה כרונולוגי, ולא ב״קפיצות״ בין המקומות.. עוד נראה לי שרצוי להוסיף לתייר הנוהג לגבי תחנות הדלק הכי זולות או מאיזו תחנה להימנע, ולהדגיש את עובדת היותה של איסלנד יקרה לתייר, מאחר שהמשכורת הממוצעת למקומיים גבוהה ביחס למדינות מסוימות, ולכן ההוצאות באיסלנד בהתאמה, אך בטח לא כמו בישראל (פי 3 לפחות).. בשבוע אחד הוצאנו על אוכל (פחות מהבסיסי) ועל דלק כ- 5,000 ש״ח עבור שני אנשים. אין בפק שנשתמש בשירותי החברה שוב לטיול הבא (הוקסמנו מהטיול ומהחוויה האיסלנדית). תודה רבה.

  We traveled the self-drive Ring Road 9 day tour arranged by Guy at Another Iceland in early October 2016. Everything was arranged wonderfully. The variation in the types of lodging provided was exceptional from sophisticated city hotel to small country ins. Every stop had its own character and surrounding landscape allowing a glimpse into Icelandic culture. The rooms and inns were all very comfortable, immaculate and had all needed amenities. Breakfast buffets included in the tour at each inn were of the highest quality food, variety to meet all tastes, and beautifully presented. Staff were all very friendly and worked hard to ensure their guests were well served. When we did need to call regarding something unexpected during the trip, the response was immediate and everything was expertly taken care of. Emails were also responded to quickly when we asked for tour operator recommendations along the way. The Skoda Octavia diesel station wagon provided was a pleasure to drive and provided a comfortable ride. I highly recommend this travel agent for Iceland.
