  Horrible attitude from the store staff. These people know absolutely nothing about "customer service". I have called and written Apple a formal complaint! They really don't need these people representing them, even as a reseller in ANY market! They are rude, and impatient! The only reason I am giving one star is due to the fact that after being lied to, and treated poorly, I was able to get someone on the phone from the service department. He came out to meet me, brought another manager with him, and I was finally able to get "good" customer service. Over an hour after being there. I will NEVER step foot in this store again! And YOU have been warned!!!!!!!
