  Great little airline. Beautiful trip to Vestmannaeyjar. Our return trip was cancelled due to weather (low ceiling) and they prontly refunded the tickets.

  The booked tour to Vestmannaeyjar was postponed from a Thu to Fri, official reason: "too bumpy" (the weather has been continuously sunny, dry and no strong winds the whole week!). Then we've been informed that the included boat trip had been cancelled due to National Festival there (that's why WE didn't book the Fri!). Finally, the boat trip took place later that day and we've been rebooked on an additional, late flight back to RKV. The initial chaos was a pity but finally it's been a wonderful day, nice flight and for all that friendly staff.
