  The car rental process was quick and simple, but we had complications with the pickup from the airport. They do not pick you up based on the requested rental time. Instead, they will track your flight and base their pick up off of that time instead. After getting off our plane, we spent some time at the duty free shop, only to find that our shuttle driver had already left. When we eventually got in touch with them, they were pretty pissed off at us for having to make a second trip to the airport, which wasn't exactly the warmest welcome to Iceland. Everything eventually worked out though, and the rest of our interaction and use of the rental car went without a hitch.

  Great location with huge car selections.. office is very spacious and very clean.. staffs are friendly and very helpful.. one of my best car renting experience for sure..

  Nice rental experience and facility. One thing to watch out for if you don’t buy additional insurance, it puts $3K USD on hold to cover any damage incur during the rental so make sure you have enough credit line on your credit card. The rental rate includes high deductible ($3K)coverage. One Canadian couple was caught off guard and had to use 2 cards to cover the deposit. BTW, I don’t think this isn’t unique practice for this company.
