  Teachers unions are a thing of the past. Since most of our native Icelandic teachers seem to be hostile towards the needs of students to graduate with good exam grades, there is just no way to allow teachers to form unions in our country. This will result in teachers bullying students who have had low grades. Our broken education system needs to be reorganized and restructured from scratch, excluding teachers in state run schools to replace them with lecturers. Low grading students with the intent to reduce their studying enthusiasm is harassment. Separation of church and state, and separation of corporation and state, means separation of teacher and classroom.
