  Use the other gas companies. Ridiculous customer service, I had several payment issues at the gas stations and they are unable to deal with a complaint. Do not bother to raise a formal complaint in written, they will only say "Hi", ask you for your credit card details and not sign the email. A shame for a wonderful country as Iceland and for the wonderful Icelandic people.
