::BEST RAMEN I EVER HAD! My Boyfriend and I were blown away. I had a vegan ramen, my bf one with chicken. The dumplings were awesome too. The two Owners were both really nice. Highly recommend this place!

::I'm normally not one to review restraunts, but I had to make an exception for Ramen Mono. I came across it because it was the only reasonably priced restraunt I could find. Not only did it turn out to be the best ramen I've ever had, but also one of the most enjoyable dining experiences in my life. The small, moody environment provides an incredible sense of calm, and the staff are very friendly and social. I could not recommend this restraunt enough to anyone visiting Reykjavík.

::Enjoyed this place very much. We tried to go a couple times but it was too full inside (very tiny restaurant). Luckily the 2nd or 3rd time we found the bar empty. The food and experience were enjoyable, and the server very nice. If it is full when you go, there are plenty of other restaurants within walking distance.

::I think they forgot about our tea until I reminded them and they made a mistake on our order, but they fixed it and the food was very good. Not very much seating, so it was a little crowded when we first got there. I liked the retro music. The ramen broth was very good, not too rich. The kimchi and dumplings were good.

::A hidden treasure whether you have a taste for Japanese food or not. Everything that we ate was fresh and delicious. Eating area is small, however take away is available if it is not to your liking. Would definitely come back again!
