  We got an apartment facing the street, as the building is not sound proof at all, we got sorts of noises, the pub music across the street, drunk people yelling at night, the door slum from the other apartments etc. We came at 8pm and waited 15mins for check-ins with the other two groups of people. Other than those, the location is indeed great.

  Great central location. We had rented a car and parking was at a premium (2 free spots for all apartments). On street parking available, but expensive, an required payment every 90 minutes during the day. Other that, great place for a stay in Reykjavik.

  Very nice and big apartment. Nice people who worked there. The only thing was that for all the apartments it was just two parking lots. So we had to park in the on the road and pay.

  Nice apartments to stay in Reikiavik. The staff was very nice. The room was very ample and had a cooking/dining area separated from the living/sleeping area. Contemporary decoration.

  Marco knows what he is doing! Well located and furnished. Reasonably priced for the area. Clean and spacious. Good night's sleep when you lay your head and a good shower to soak under in the morning.
