  One I bought salmon there and after opening it at home it turned out to be rotten:-/ Also once they did not have any coke! And when shopping always look at the expiration dates. This store is not busy at all so the dairy products tend to be not fresh.

  Fresh quality produce can sometimes be problematic to find in Iceland. Vidir is one of the few stores that most consistently has good quality fruit and vegetables, their prices are about mid range to other comparable store in Reykjavik.
