  Amazing service and experience! We rented a Dacia Duster 4x4 with rooftent for a total of 3 weeks. The car included everything we needed for our trip through Iceland like cooking accessoires and supplies, camping chairs and table, a cooler, WiFi module and power converter. If you don't like to drive around in a camper and also want to enjoy 4x4 and gravel roads, this is the best option for you! After the first day of driving we noticed our car had some power issues. At times the car had problems with going up even the slightest hill. We instantly contacted Car Rental Iceland and within a few hours we were driving in a freshly good working Dacia Duster which we completed our trip with. Also during our trip we had contact with Car Rental Iceland through e-mail regarding other topics. They have great response times and are always happy to help you so you can have a fun enjoyable holiday. For example, we planned to stay in Reykjavik for the last 4 days of our holiday and stay in a hostel, but we figured that we wanted to have the car during this period instead of a hostel. This because we liked the freedom of having a car with rooftent. Car Rental Iceland were happy to assist us and extended our renting period for an extra 4 days! The people at Car Rental Iceland are even kind enough to drop you off at the airport after you have returned your car. For those who are thinking about renting a car with rooftent, you need to know that the tent catches alot of wind and it can be quite windy at times in Iceland. The wind will cause alot of noise inside tent, so my advice is to bring earplugs(!). We didn't have those so we mostly planned our campsites based on the weather forecast, which is also doable but sometimes annoying if you don't have alot of campsites to choose from depending on the area. If you do happen to stay at a campsite with alot of wind and forgot your earplugs, try to park behind a building or hill if possible and point the front end of the car towards the direction where the wind is coming from. This was the first time we rented a car and we are really happy with the service Car Rental Iceland provided us so we could enjoy our holiday to the fullest!

  Fantastic service, Cars rental Iceland was wonderful to work with. It was quick and easy and the staff was friendly and helpful. Picked the car up from the airport (The office is just outside of the airport) and dropped off at the same location. Will definitely rent again when we go back to Iceland!
