::La verdad que a sido todo perfecto, tuvimos un problemilla y sin problema nos lo solucionaron sin poner ni una pega, la Camper que alquilamos nosotros era la pequeña y es perfecta para 2 con todo lo necesario para hacer vida fuera, la atención es perfecta, son muy amables y tienen un inglés perfecto y tienen muy buena predisposición a ayudar.

::Rent elsewhere! Company lacks empathy, understanding, horrible customer service, stole my money :(. I booked a camper van for the summer of 2017 and was very excited for my trip. Unfortunately a close friend of mine passed away and I had to cancel my trip to Iceland to be with friends and his family. I gave Happy Campers 12 days notice of the cancellation and requested my $800 CAD deposit be returned given the terrible circumstances. "Happy" Campers said because I didn't give 20 days notice (I was 8 days too late), they wouldn't be able to refund my deposit. It was peak season for them, what happened was out of my control and horrible, and there wasn't the slightest bit of empathy from Jón at Happy Campers. I feel like I've been taken advantage of and that Happy Campers put their policy and processes ahead of doing what's right, ethical, and understandable. I highly recommend you rent elsewhere in Iceland - perhaps somewhere who cares about their customers and can show a little humanity and empathy.

::I had a fabulous holiday in my Happy Camper van. The pick up from the airport was an easy start and, in no time at all, I was on the road. The van was immaculate and well equipped. The hand over at the end was also straightforward although more than a little sad. The staff were super helpful and nice throughout. The other star of the show was Iceland itself. The scenery was stunning and I was able to enjoy so much more of it with the freedom that hiring a camper van gave me. I will definitely hire again.

::We had a great experience with Happy Campers. The booking process was easy; they picked us up and dropped us off at the airport and explained how everything worked in the camper as well as a few different rules of the road etc. We drove the Ring Road in 6 days and enjoyed the most amazing scenery ever. The camper had everything we needed. We asked for and received three extra blankets but I would recommend bringing your own sleeping bags or renting them. We rented camping chairs but only used them one time, so get the sleeping bags instead! We had absolutely no issues with the camper. We would definitely rent from Happy Campers again.

::Zum vierten Mal habe ich für 3 Wochen einen Happy Camper 1 (zweimal Ex) gemietet, was ja eigentlich schon deutlich zeigt, dass ich immer zufrieden war. Der Wagen ist für mich genau richtig, und auch die Ausstattung hat alles was ich benötige (Standheizung). Das Personal ist jung, dynamisch und freundlich und mir mittlerweile auch fast schon vertraut. Auch wenn ich jetzt noch nicht weiß, ob ich nochmal einen Camper (ohne 4x4) mieten werde, so würde ich doch Happy Camper jeder Zeit weiter empfehlen.
