  Viaje con esta agencia por una semana y en cuanto a la guía bastante mala no hablaba bien español ni tampoco le interesaba esforzarse ,no nos acompaño a ver los volcanes en una oportunidad porque no sabía ni por dónde ir,lo lamentable de todo es que uno no vuelve .Lo que le preguntábamos se dirigía al Google y lo decía para eso no necesito una guía .Habia solicitado a mi agencia de viaje upgrade de algunos hoteles ( que había pagado previamente)que nunca fueron realizado excepto uno .Eso lo arreglaré con mi agencia pero iceland tour debería habérmelo dado.

  I had a great trip. We did a lot in 6 days. I really feel as if I saw Iceland. However, I would have to say that I was not happy with the service I received from their central office. I received the packing list on my flight to Iceland. I told them that it was a little too late. But I did get the transfer voucher. Although it would have been nice to receive it in time to print it out. It all worked out but I didn't get the transfer voucher back to the airport and am still waiting for it. The trip was great. Our guide and driver were superb. The office people are a little out of it.
