::Had a lovely meal at krost. Hamburger & lamb were amazing. The cod dish looked great too. We were around £45 for two mains and soft drinks which I thought was good value. Also kids can get the same meals at half price, so good for families too.

::Outstanding! Great food and wine pairings. Situated in a ‘street food’ cafe with other options including stuff for kids. Shame google don’t have more stars to award. I had the lamb!

::Food heaven! I have been here a few times, the food and service is amazing. My favourite is the fantastic bacon wrapped arctic char, and the wine only heightens the experience. Highly recommended!

::Most burgers are more or less the same, right? Wrong. I dropped in at the Food Hall on my last day in Reykjavik and had the Kröstí burger. Just wanted a simple meal. It blew me away! It's made from high quality rib eye and cooked to perfection. Surprisingly cheap as well. I wish I could have tried their grill skewers that looked delicious.
