  Great experience, rented a dacia SUV at a very discounted rate. Very easy logistics to collect the car. The agency is less than 10 minutes ride to the airport. Pick up was straight forward. As usual they try to sell you loads of insurances. Some justified other's are not. Return was straight forward as well. You have toilets facilities in their office. You can also have tea and coffee while waiting. Very good experience. Highly recommended.

  I had a problem with a gravel hitting the car's windscreen and cracking it a little. I should have paid 30% excess, but because they didn't mention it when selling me the gravel insurance cover, they have been so kind to take on the full cost of the repair. Great customer service! Fast in replying to emails and very kind as well.

  We rent our car here, was the cheapest we can found . The service was really nice and fast, a girl came from the agency ( is not close to the f Keflavik airport) in 5 minutes and bring us to the office and we are in the car in just 10 minutes . Giving back the car was also simple and fast. The car itself was a good dacia logan as planned

  We met Iulian at the airport. instructions were clear. i did not read the voucher but it was said that agency was a bit away from airport. I called, someone explained me that i'd be picked up in 10 minutes and i've been :) We had a car matching our preferences, all explanation and risks were clearly explained if you go off road etc.. No checks on the car, they make pictures of every single scratches and when you return back they check. I would advise however as best practice to do pictures of the car at the place, and send them over to a share drive as a proof. Ours was a nice 4x4 inside, almost new. Lots of scratches outside but finally better this than brand new. Staff was nice. return went smoothly. Coffee and chocolate waiting for you inside. I asked for explanation on the bad comment / review below. She said that the guy returned the brand new car completely scratched, while using autowash with rolls. So ... don't wash the car. better let it like it is. Hope it helps
