  The lava caves are simply awe inspiring, and our guide, Agata, was knowledgeable, considerate, and funny. My wife and I had a great experience, and highly recommend the extended tour if you're able to climb a bit. Our experience with their communication was also much better than other tour companies I've used here, they were very responsive and accommodating. Thanks for everything, Agata!

  Very cool experience! Our guide was very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. She even led us slightly further down the tunnel than the one hour tour usually travels to. The icicles were beautiful, definitely worth venturing in the tunnel in wintertime to see the massive ice structures!

  We did the standard lava tunnel tour and we really enjoyed it. In the winter the tour provides crampons, but definitely wear some walking/hiking boots as well. The guide was easy to follow (in English) and shared a lot of information about the lava tunnel and its formation. I recommend this tour for sure!

  My daughters and I loved this lava tunnel cave tour! It was a nice small group and our guide did an excellent job explaining about how the lava tunnel was created and changed. Very open cave area and tour, compared to others we have been on. Definitely book in advance since the best times get sold out. We actually had to pick a different day than originally planned because they were sold out on a Wednesday in January at the times we wanted. Highly recommend it.
