::Google maps does NOT know where this place is, doesn't even know the road. So you'll end up at the empty place across the street. Fear not: Skjaldarvik is just across the road, closer to the bay, with the horses. Just back up the road a bit, and you'll see the sign. Clean, welcoming, beautiful location, quiet, basically everything you want. They have a northern lights sign up sheet at the front desk, where you check off your room #, and if the lights come out, they'll knock on your door. There's a bar in the living room run on the honesty system, an outdoor hot tub, and local artist work decorating the halls. Breakfast was a selection of cold items, but delicious and filling. 😊

::Muy recomendable. Bastante bien de precio y para tener baños compartidos (lo cual nos tiraba bastante para atrás) eran individuales y enormes y no coincidíamos nunca con nadie! Cerca de Akureyri. El desayuno muy rico y completo. Además tiene un jacuzzi en el exterior y te puedes bañar x la noche aunque esté nevando!
