  Bitchy employees who talk down on paying customers. Didn’t want to sell me a bottle of water. Told me to use the bathroom sink.

  Some of the staff here were very rude, food was the worst we had in Iceland by far! Do not buy the pizzas

  Good place to park and stock up on supplier (food, cooking gas, etc.). They also have some maps

  Great opportunity to get a bit off the beaten track. Nice trails and tours for hiking or biking.

  A good resource for information is just on the side of the highway on the golden circle. The staff member I spoke to was friendly and helpful, pointing out places on the map that he recommended seeing . The signs in the parking lot also contain a lot of great information on local attractions. There's a small cafeteria here and the hot dogs were amazing. They come with some sort of sauce I can't identify, but that I want more of.
