  Alcohol stores in Iceland are controlled by the state which means shops such as supermarkets cannot stock alcohol. This store is small to medium sized with limited variety.

  A liquor store, in Iceland the liquor stores are owned by the state it is not allowed to buy alcohol in a supermarket. This store is not a very big one but it has the most thins you need, the staff are really helpful or at least that has been my experience.
