  Hello, you left us about yesterday 23rd of December at 10pm at Keflavik’s AirPort. You did not answer the phone neither email, after several times we tried. Pelase we just want our fee back, it was 11.900 ISK, and the reservation and confirmation number is 91A8DB4C.

  Car Rental Agency did not refund us for insurance which charged over $500,000 ISK. Did not reply any emails as well
