  We had a wonderful experience with Enterprise. It was a last minute decision to book a car in Reykjavik and we did it online at their website. Was very glad that the price was a great deal and with all the insurance coverage included. Drop off was great as the bus stop to take us to the terminal is just right outside the office. We were also not to fill up the tank as there are pumps just right beside the office.

  Employees were super nice and helpful, providing a ton of tips on local landmarks to go see.

  Rented a car with a pickup from our hotel. The pickup was late and when we called after 20 minutes the driver had not gone already. When paperwork was done, we were asked to sit down because they were just to start cleaning the car. They also did thecommon freightening tactics for selling extra insurance. I suppose they just don't like to have happy customers. Not bad prices though. Edit: delivered a car with electrical problems, was given an excuse. Removed a star.
