  Des voleurs. Nous ont facturé 1500 euros pour une bosse que nous n avions pas faite et quasi invisible. Impossible de voir 1 manager ( facile quand on a l avion 2h plus tard.). Une escroquerie pure et simple et un service commercial inexistant. Devrait etre signalé a l office de tourisme islandais.

  do not use Budget/Avis - very shady business practices at airport - will always make you upgrade by saying the car you rented is not ready - wait 1hour or upgrade and you can have a car now....heard them say that to 3 people and then the same to friends who arrived 2 days later

  Claims about the the location being wrong are incorrect. The branch the other side of the airport closed December 2015. This is now the branch you should drop the car off at. Just go inside the domestic terminal and you will see a selection of car hire companies.

  Wrong position - it's at the airport terminal, just at the other side of the airport. Marked location is a hotel.
