::This is the university cafeteria. It has a range of refreshments but if one does not have any appointments at the University it is not worth a visit.

::If you are at the national museum close to lunch then you should skip the museum cafe and instead go here. This is truly excellent food for a price that would be cheap even in the rest of Europe. You can only choose one main dish, but a drink is included. We had the chicken breast "dyon", with potatoes and a salad and a drink for 980 ISK, which is around 8 euros. Highly recommended.
