  STAY AWAY - listen to the reviews. They are scammers, they do not mark the scratches on purposes in hope you miss one and then charge you for it. Luckily I always get external full insurance but they charged me €1600 for a scratch that was probably already there. Not to mention the 2 hour wait in the lobby. Bunch of scammers nothing else, STAY AWAY.

  Definitely, don't go for go Iceland. They cheated on us and they made us to pay for something imperceptible almost 1000 euros. My first time with this company but surely the last one. Highly recommend you not to rent anything to them, eventually they will invoice you for something you didn't even do it

  Great cars and friendly staff. There are multiple insurance options that really add up. It's always a gamble to get it or not. Other agencies also have the same insurance. They were very thorough checking the car when we returned it. Always hold the doors when opening in case the wind catches them.

  SCAM BUSINESS ON ICELAND - OLD AND DANGEROUS CARS DO NOT USE THIS SCAM BUSINESS! The car I rented broke down and I did't get any help. I had to leave some of my camping gear in the car. Green Motion dont reply to any of my demands of compensation and won't give me back my camping gear!

  ********CAUTION****SCAM***** First of all I reserved a Suzuki Jimny 4X4 for 6 days and they switched to a much smaller, much lower Fiat Panda 4X4. But I thought oh well smaller car, better gas mileage, I wasn't planning to go into the mountains anyways. ***IT SAVED ME THAT I TOOK A HIGH RESOLUTION VIDEO OF THE WHOLE CAR BEFORE I STARTED DRIVING IT **** Because when I returned the car, they came short of bringing a magnifying glass with them. They wanted to keep my $2500 deposit because of a scratch they said was not registered in their system. I couldn't believe it, I was in shock!!! then I took out my laptop and reviewed a video I took of all around the car and showed her that scratch was there already. I did this because I read a review about some car rentals in Iceland scamming tourists, she then wanted to save face when she sarcastically smiled and said sometimes things don't get documented. AVOID THIS PLACE OR MAKE A COMPLETE RECORDING OF THE CAR OR YOU WILL BE SCAMMED!!!!!!!!!!! This just happened to me on Oct, 21, 2017
