  Esta claro que el nivel de la hostelería en Islandia tiene que mejorar, pero nuestra experiencia en estos apartamentos fue buena. La limpieza era correcta, sabanas limpias y todo funcionaba. Habíamos reservado un apartamento de un dormitorio y finalmente nos dieron uno más grande de dos dormitorios por el mismo precio. La ubicación es muy buena, a un paso del centro y si vais con coche es fácil aparcar gratis por la zona. Yo si que lo recomiendo.

  Do not stay here. The most disgusting hotel in Iceland, the studio had a very basic cleaning. The shower was all dirty and there was dust everywhere. Some towels were torn apart, and even we found a lock of hair on one of them. Internet was saturated at some moments of the day. I emailed them when we arrived, and I didn't get any answer until the night before we were leaving, by knocking on our door at 10 pm, with no further notification. It seems internet was not working for other guests neither. The manager agreed the bathroom was dirty and not cleaned in ages, and he told us he would look for a solution or compensation (on the last day, cool...a reply and send someone to clean when we arrived would have been nice and the right thing). After follow up with them via email, they told me there was no compensation, that I paid a cheap price, that the shower was like that because of the water minerals (only place in Iceland impacted by it and does not clean it!) and the towels seemed an issue with the laundry. I am attaching pictures as proof points. No os quedéis aquí. El hotel más sucio de Islandia, no se había limpiado casi nada. La ducha y mampara estaba blanca, de no haberse limpiado nunca, y había polvo por toda la habitación. Algunas toallas estaban rotas y con agujeros, y encontramos una que tenía un mechón de pelo...Internet se saturaba de vez en cuando. Les mandé un email cuando llegamos para que nos dieran una solución, y hasta el último día no dieron señales de vida, llamando a la puerta a las 10 de la noche sin haber avisado. Parece ser que el internet le iba mal a más gente. El manager estuvo de acuerdo que estaba sucio, y que buscaría una solución o compensación (el día antes de irnos, bravo. Con haber mandado a alguien a limpiar nada más llegar habría valido). Después de tener que hacer seguimiento via email, me contestaron que no había compensación, que había pagado un precio barato, que la ducha estaba así por los minerales de agua (el único sitio en Islandia por lo visto), y lo de las toallas parece ser que era un problema con la lavandería. Adjunto las fotos como pruebas.
