  Only 17 km to KEF airport. It's completely free. It has a large area to park your camper or set up your tent. There is a cottage includes a bathroom and a kitchen with a sink together. There is no hot water but the cottage has heating. So you can cook in a warm place. Visitors are leaving the kitchen a little bit untidy and with trash around. We tried to clean and threw away the used empty oil bottles and other useless stuff. Campers are leaving the unused stuff from their trip to help others. We did so. If everyone cares about this place it will be a very nice stop for waiting your upcoming flight.

  Good stop at the end of our trip as it's close to the airport. There's a toilet and a nice pizza shop here. We visited here in October and there was only 1 other person.

  Free, basic campground: Cold water only, no shower, but good toilet and wash sink/pantry cabin with campers' giveaway items. Located right next door to Vogar swimming pool, where for a low entry fee showers are available (including photo of entry prices for the pool). Campground located very close to camper van drop off location as well as Keflavík airport. Basic but free (!!!) which is not common in Iceland.

  Kostenloser Stellplatz mit WC-Häuschen und zwei Stromanschlüssen. Ruhig gelegen neben dem Hallenbad und Sportplatz.
